ST TEAM COMPETITION 2026
DATE: 31st May 2026
FEDERATION: British Powerlifting
TYPE: Classic
This is a team competition. Each team must have 3 members and must be mixed (2 women and 1 man or 2 men and 1 woman).
Each of the team members is responsible for 1 of the 3 lifts (Squat, Bench or Deadlift) and all handling is done between the 3 lifters.
Team scoring will be done by IPF GL points per lifter (calculated by their bodyweight and what they've lifted).
Each entry is per team (3 lifters) and you won't need to give the 3 names until closer to the competition.
This will be a British Powerlifting Classic competition and open to all divisions and age classes. An up-to-date membership with British Powerlifting is required to be able to compete. This is required before the competition day and not when you enter.
There will be 40 teams in total across all men's and women's weight classes.
The closing date is 19/04/2026, there are no refunds after this date.

This is a British Powerlifting Classic competition and open to all divisions and age classes. An up-to-date membership with British Powerlifting is required to be able to compete. This is required before the competition day and not when you enter.
There will be 120 places in total across all men's and women's weight classes. There will be a Prime Time group on the Saturday evening with the best men and women competing for prizes.
The closing date is 31/05/2026, there are no refunds after this date.

This is a British Powerlifting Classic competition and open to all divisions and age classes. As this is a Novice competition it is only open to people who have competed less than 3 times before. An up-to-date membership with British Powerlifting is required to be able to compete. This is required before the competition day and not when you enter.
There will be 100 places in total across all men's and women's weight classes.
The closing date is 09/08/2026, there are no refunds after this date.

ST CHRISTMAS CLASSIC 2026

This is a British Powerlifting Classic competition and open to all divisions and age classes. An up-to-date membership with British Powerlifting is required to be able to compete (New members can join British Powerlifting in November, which will cover you for the next 14 months, and then submit your membership number when you receive it)
There will be 120 places in total across all men's and women's weight classes. There will be a Prime Time group on the Saturday evening with the best men and women competing for prizes.
The closing date is 01/11/2026, there are no refunds after this date.
