ST QUALIFIER 2025
DATE: 8/9th February 2025
FEDERATION: British Powerlifting
TYPE: Classic
This is your chance to get the qualifying total for any of the British Powerlifting National Championships in 2025.
This will be a British Powerlifting Classic competition and open to all divisions and age classes. An up to date membership with British Powerlifting is required to be able to compete. This is required before the competition day and not when you enter.
There will be 100 places in total across all men's and women's weight classes.

ST TEAM COMPETITION
DATE: 18th May 2025
FEDERATION: British Powerlifting
TYPE: Classic
This is a team competition. Each team must have 3 members and must be mixed (2 women and 1 man or 2 men and 1 woman).
Each of the team members is responsible for 1 of the 3 lifts (Squat, Bench or Deadlift).
Team scoring will be done by IPFGL points per lifter (calculated by their bodyweight and what they've lifted).
Each entry is per team (3 lifters)and you won't need to give the 3 names until closer to the competition.
This will be a British Powerlifting Classic competition and open to all divisions and age classes. An up to date membership with British Powerlifting is required to be able to compete. This is required before the competition day and not when you enter.
