From the 12th of April 2021 some government restrictions in England have lifted and we are now able to reopen, below we've included some answers to common questions surronding COVID-19 and our gym. If you require any further information please don't hesitate to Contact Us

While face coverings are required in most indoor settings, this does not include gyms. People are not required to wear face coverings while taking part in sport and physical activity. All forms of face coverings may restrict breathing efficiency and should not be used during exercise except on specific advice from a physician.
You are welcome to continue to wear a face mask if this makes you feel more comfortable but we will not ask you to do so.

Yes, we are still asking all members to regularly check in with the NHS Track and Trace to help maintain a safe environment within the gym, QR codes can be found at both the entrance and desk, please as a member of staff if you require assitance.

No, due to current membership levels and close monitoring of the levels of members in the gym when compared to the government guidlines for maximum occupancy we are not requiring members to using any form of booking system. We will continue to closely monitor the situation and if a booking system does become necessary we will give all members ample noticebefore putting this in place.

Yes, all new and current members are welcome back to the gym and we have a three month return to the gym training program, guided by our owner and head coach of british powerlifting Henry Tosh, at no extra cost to help you get back into the swing of things. Please email or enquire at the desk for how you can sign up to this program

Yes, we are now allowing guests to visit the gym, as long as they follow all government guidance and restrictions around travel. You Can purchase a guest pass here
Please do not visit the gym if you or anyone you've recently been in contact with has tested positive or shown signs of coronavirus symptoms. Our gym and our great community, which consists of people from all ages and backgrounds, are our first priority. Thier saftey and well being at this time is our main priority so please keep that in mind before making your visit.
